Delivery
Costs To find
the delivery costs for an item simply place the item in your basket. Our
delivery costs for most items are based on each item’s size and weight.
Delivery and handling estimates that appear in the basket are calculated with our lowest delivery cost method. Please
note these prices are based on signed for delivery to British mainland destinations only! For
shipping costs to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Europe or
the rest of the world please contact us at info@thunderroadcustoms.com
Delivery
Times We aim to
deliver orders in 3-5 working days subject to availability, however if we have
to place a supplier special order, delivery may be slightly longer. If the item ordered is out of stock we will
contact you with the option to wait, choose an alternative or cancel the order. Delivery Delivery
of orders (British mainland only) are by Parcelforce or Royal Mail, both
methods will require a signature for proof of
receipt.
Special
Overnight Delivery Service As an
optional extra and for an additional charge (please telephone or email for
additional details) delivery of your order may be performed by APC (a dedicated
overnight parcel courier). There is obviously a cut
off time for orders during the day, for deliveries, next day. A signature will
be required for proof of receipt.
Our returns policy
Returns Policy for Clothing Accessories and
Parts Ordered by Mail Order or Internet Order
Goods which are either unsuitable or have been purchased
in error may be returned to ourselves for credit/refund or exchange within 7
working days of receipt.
Goods must be unused and in there original packaging (we
reserve the right to charge a fee to replace product packaging which is damaged
or defaced)
Goods must be in a saleable condition when returned.
Post and packaging costs can not be refunded (unless
goods are proven faulty)
Please notify us before returning goods either by phone
on 01733 209793 or by
e-mail info@thunderroadcustoms.com. Failure to do
so could see packages refused delivery and returned to mailer
Please address all parcels to:

Please include sender’s name, address and phone number
along with a copy of the original receipt and a reason for return. Goods will
not be accepted at any other address
Goods supplied incorrectly/damaged must be notified
within 5 working days using the contact details above.
It is recommended that goods are returned by recorded/insured
delivery we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered/damaged returned goods

charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly
supplied) parts
